She led the team to win a championship and earned awards for her leadership and skill. Teachers and coaches praised her for working hard and treating others with respect.
At 18, Alison joined the University of Notre Dame’s lacrosse team. She played there for three years and helped the team reach big tournaments. But she wanted more time on the field, so she moved to the University of South Florida (USF) in 2023 as a graduate student.
At USF, she became a leader for their new women’s lacrosse team. In her first season, she started in most games and scored career-high goals.
School and Future Goals
Alison finished her college degree at Notre Dame in just three years. Now, at 24, she is studying for a master’s degree in Intelligence Studies at USF. She plans to go to law school next.
Her family taught her to value education and hard work. Her dad often told her, “If you try your best, you can be proud of yourself.” This mindset helps her juggle sports, school, and her other projects.
Creative Work and Helping Others
Alison isn’t just an athlete and student. She started a company called Sugar Farm Productions in Maryland.
It takes photos and makes videos that tell real stories about people’s lives. She also helps run ArtFarm Annapolis, a place where kids and adults can learn about art.
Through ArtFarm, she teaches photography classes for girls to help them feel confident and creative. In 2021, she won an award for her work in the arts community.
Family and Staying Grounded
Alison comes from a famous sports family. Her dad, John Harbaugh, won a Super Bowl with the Ravens. Her uncle, Jim Harbaugh, coaches the Los Angeles Chargers.
Even with this big legacy, Alison stays humble. She credits her parents for keeping her life normal. She and her dad still play lacrosse together for fun, and he cheers her on at every game.
